Treadmill Tips
For those of you that choose to use a treadmill to lose weight or to increase your activity level, that is a great place to start and one of the ways we are working on our weight loss program. There are techniques that enhance the treadmill experience to keep it from getting boring, challenge your fitness level and help you lose weight in the process. Now I find some of these links you will go to below, the speeds recommended for some are definitely for those that have already in great shape, but the concept is the same. Just adjust the speed to match your own level of fitness.
