Stress and Weight Loss
We live in a stressed society... I was thinking about mental attitude and how it affects weight loss ast night and wondered how stress can affect a weight loss program. Stress definitely can affect your weight and could be the cause of weight gain.
There is hope though! Exercise is the major cure for stress. Once you get moving on an exercise program, it releases the stress and helps your body to function at a more normal level. So get moving.. you will feel better mentally and physically!
