The healthiest choice a person can make for their sweetheart is dark chocolate, however a good quality milk chocolate can have healthful benefits too. Be picky, select chocolate with high amounts of cocoa.
A good quality dark chocolate contains almost 8 times more antioxidants than strawberries and can lower blood pressure and reduce stress. Now this doesn't mean you can go out and eat all the dark chocolate you want because of course, it does contain fat, sugar and calories but a little bit every day is actually very good for you.
