Getting Back on Track with Fitness Goals
We all do it at some point.. in that weak moment, you blow your diet by eating that big piece of cake or think, so if I don't exercise today, who will know? Then the guilt sets in and your mind starts giving you attitude. Next thing you know all that planning and all those goals seem farther away and you feel a bit depressed and now you are in danger of cutting back even more or quitting all together.
Maybe you had been faithful to your goals and routines and then you went on vacation and totally ignored your master fitness plan for a week and hung out at the buffet table.
If you are still with us at PICFIT, congratulations! Most people have already given up on their goals or New Year's resolution, so if you are still reading this, you must be serious about getting to your ideal weight or attaining a level of health that only eating well can do for you!
