Changing the Way You Look at the Traditional Meal

Janet posted a link to an interesting article this week and I could relate to it because I love meat and could never see myself giving it up as part of my dinner. Thanks for this Janet!

This article suggests that instead of building your meal around meat you should build it around your vegetables as your main dish. Great idea! This way your portions change and let's face it, there are many other ways that are delicious to get protein besides eating meat.
